Our company specializes in manufacturing metal parts for different industries for more than 10 years. We are capable of finishing laser cutting, stamping, fabrication and welding and CNC. We supply all kinds of surface finish services, including polishing, stain polishing, plating, powder coating, or hot galvanizing. Our products include automotive parts, food industrial parts, medical parts, marine parts, lighting parts, architectural parts and furniture parts.
Our production equipment includes 4 sets of laser cutting machines and 5 bending machines, two robot welding platforms, and one CNC stamping machine. We can cut sheet metal as large as 5 meters and pipes with a diameter of 50cm in aluminum alloy or steel. We also provide pressure tests, vacuum impregnation, assembly and testing for your orders. Our factory is professional on aluminum coolant flanges for VAG cars; the die-cast aluminum alloy 038121121 is the new thermostat housing we have developed. We can customize according to your drawings or samples with fast delivery.
